Mi experiencia con Tenvinilo es muy positiva. El contacto tanto telefónico como por mail siempre fue muy profesional y amable. Una vez efectuado el pedido, el servicio de fabricación (en mi caso fue un papel de pared a medida) fue muy rápido y tengo que decir que la muestra que me enviaron por mail era idéntica al real enviado a casa. Fiabilidad 100%. Muchas gracias por todo. He vuelto a hacer otro pedido y espero hacer más en el futuro. Todavía no ha venido el pintor a colocarlo, por tanto de momento, no envïo foto.

2) Please provide the design in the highest resolution possible, preferably in a vector format such as EPS, AI (Adobe Illustrator) or SVG, Corel

3) If your design does not meet our high-definition standards, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.

4) If your design requires additional work due to its complexity, this may result in an increased cost.

5) If you experience difficulties uploading your image due to file size or format restrictions, you can send it to us via email at info.nz@tenstickers.com.

6) Convert word documents (.doc) to pdf format

7) The material of our wallpaper is non-woven wallpaper

8) The measurements will be calculated in proportion to the entire design you upload, so be careful if your image has white margins around it. We strongly recommend you get rid of these margins.
