The process online to customize what I wanted was super easy and I paid the extra to be able to review the design before it was printed and shipped which I highly recommend for not that more cost!
The item arrived fairly timely but once seeing it was so excited to see it is even better than imagined. Was a gift for someone and they were blown away with the thought and quality behind it.
