Easy to clean: can be cleaned with a damp mop, robot vacuum, vacuum cleaner (suction only, no brushes), soft cloth or mop at maximum 28-30ºC (do not use harsh products or scrubbers)

Waterproof product: non-porous PVC

Hypoallergenic, antimicrobial (does not accumulate dust) and fireproof product

You will receive your vinyl rug carefully rolled and secured with a protective tape to prevent it from unrolling too early. It will be packed inside a sturdy cardboard tube, which protects it during shipping. The tube has a cap fastened with staples, which you should remove before taking out the rug.

Usage and maintenance instructions are available on our website. Additionally, along with the product, you will receive a QR code on the packaging that will take you directly to them.
Tenstickers' vinyl rugs are of the highest quality and require the same maintenance as any parquet or floor: they can be swept, mopped, or cleaned with a mop without any issues.

Usage recommendations:
Vinyl rugs are decorative and will look fantastic in any room. Try to place them in areas with normal traffic to ensure greater durability. Always keep them dry to avoid slipping – we don’t want you to hurt yourself!

Placement:
There’s no issue placing furniture or items on the vinyl rug. Try to protect them as much as possible; this will help keep the product in good condition and ensure a longer lifespan. For example, if you place it under a chair, table, or sofa, protect the furniture with felt pads.

If you need to move the furniture, it’s better to lift it to avoid damaging the floor or the rug.

The rug will not move, it’s non-slip and will stay securely in place. If you want better adhesion, we recommend applying double-sided tape to the back. No one will move it!

Maintenance:
Clean with a damp cloth and a little water and neutral soap. Avoid abrasive products like alcohol, bleach, ammonia, or similar products.

Are you moving house or want to clean the floor? Store the rug flat or rolled up to keep it in perfect condition.
